Return and Refund Policy

All items unless stated as "Stock Item" are custom designed and printed via sublimation technology. While returns are unfortunately not possible in a market such as custom made uniforms, Wheelhouse Teamwear will do everything to ensure that in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order, we will make it right.

If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to your sales rep for replacement or refund options.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Once the mock up has been approved, the printing process starts within 12 hours
• All communication edits and changes are documented for future reference
• Logos and images must be owned by the requesting party and all copyright, trademarks and licensing cleared prior to mock up approval
• Wheelhouse Teamwear shall be indemnified and released from all violations of aforementioned restrictions.
• Wheelhouse Teamwear will not honor requests for indecent or inflammatory displays such as; unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, lascivious acts, etc.
